Luxurious escape in the heart of the city
Had a fab stay! The room was super spacious with all the fancy gadgets, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast spread was amazing with fresh options, but those dining chairs? Too big and not comfy for long meals. Still, the views from the rooftop were stunning!

At the Waldorf Astoria, I sipped on some killer Colombian coffee while feasting on their impressive breakfast spread packed with quality cheeses and fresh fish. The location is spot-on for exploring Jerusalem's treasures, and the staff's attentive service truly made my stay memorable.
However, we felt a bit bamboozled when the hotel charged our card multiple times without our say-so, leaving us feeling defrauded. It’s a shame, because the experience shone otherwise.

great staff , but room details lacked consistency
The staff was incredibly attentive and made my family feel welcomed. From the initial check-in with Krana to the dining experience led by Emily, every interaction was pleasant. In the bar, Sanda provided prompt service that enhanced our evenings. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring quality cheeses and fresh fish that we thoroughly enjoyed.
The room details lacked consistency, as some amenities were not as described.
